Galleon 500FLY - "Mr. King"

The offered Galeon 500FLY motor yacht has a length of 50 feet or 16 meters. It was built in 2016. This yacht came with plenty of innovative ideas, which earned it the title "European Powerboat of the Year 2016".
Two Volvo Penta engines with a total of 1,450 hp enable a drive of more than 20 kn (37 km / h).
The crew limit is 12 people.

Cabins
3 spacious cabins, each offers comfortable sleeping for 2 people:
  • the owner's cabin midship (1x large double bed)
  • the VIP cabin in the bow (1x large double bed)
  • the crew cabin on the starboard side (2x single berth)
This beach version with fold-out side walls offers a spacious outside bar at anchor. The seating area in the rear can be easily turned in the best direction to the sun. The hydraulically lowerable bathing platform makes it easy to jump into the water or tender. High quality video and audio entertainment systems are available for relaxation and entertainment.

3 levels offer plenty of space
The Galeon 500Fly is divided into three floors:
  • Lower deck: Sleeping cabins, showers, toilets, engine room, storage room
  • Main deck: Kitchen, control station, living room, television, sun beds (bow), outdoor and indoor bar, bathing platform
  • Fly: Dining and seating area, 2nd operator's platform, lying areas
All rooms offer headroom and are bathed in natural light through wide windows.

Nautical equipment
The control station is a command bridge with all the technical and nautical equipment of a yacht in this class. There is a second control station on the fly. A total of three chartplotters make navigation easier with their Navionix maps. The ship's position is determined using GPS. Your own position is sent via AIS and positions of other ships are received, which are shown on the chart plotter. A radar is also available.

Tender: Williams SportJet 345
A Williams Sportjet 345 dinghy with 90 HP is stowed on the bathing platform in the stern of the "Mr. King". A maximum of 5 people can ride. The tender ensures a comfortable crossing from the moored galleon to the shore, where, for example, a delicious dinner is waiting.

Sports activities include:
  • Water-skiing , pulled by Williams
  • Seabob F5S, electrical under or on the water, 2 video cameras
  • Jobe Funtube for a maximum of 3 people, pulled by Williams
  • Diving (Scuba)
  • Swimming & snorkeling

Prices
The "Mr. King" is chartered only with a skipper. So the charterer does not have to worry about the complex technology of this luxury yacht. In addition, the skipper knows the sea area and can advise to choice of daily destinations.
The EU approval as category B also allows trips outside coastal waters up to a wind force of 8 Beaufort and 4 m wave height.

Charter prices vary between low and high seasons. The season lasts 6 months in the Adriatic, from early May to late October. July and August are high season, the remaining months off-season.
  • Day charter 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.: from 2,340 € (without using the cabins for sleeping)
  • Weekly charter from € 11,760 (including bed linen, towels, and use of the cabins)
The charterer can choose between self-catering and full board. With full board, food and beverages will be invoiced separately.

Payable Extra:
  • Williams tender (90 HP): from € 75 per hour (without sports activities)
  • Water-skiing: from € 90 per hour, including Williams
  • Seabob: from € 90 per hour
  • Jobe Funtube: from € 85 per hour, including Williams
  • Video with drone and underwater camera: € 120 per 10 minutes
Fuel for the Galeon (Diesel) and the Williams (Super) are charged extra depending on consumption.
